Ingredients-
Beetroot: 1 cup (grated)
Ghee: 2 tsp
Milk: 1 cup
Sugarfree Natura: 1 tsp
Cardamon Powder: 1/4 tsp
Saffron strands: few
Dry fruits (Garnishing purpose)
Melon seeds/musk melon seeds (Garnishing purpose)
Procedure-
Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan. When it becomes hot,add the grated beetroot and pan-fry for five minutes.
Step 2: Add the milk and cook till it is almost absorbed.
Step 3: Add the Sugarfree Natura , cardamom powder, saffron strands and mix well.
Step 4: Cook on medium flame till it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Step 5: Remove it in a serving dish and garnish it with dry fruits and Melon seeds/musk melon seeds.
